The Brookfield Fire Department is staffed by 29 men and women who provide 24 hour fire protection on a paid on-call basis. They work under the direction of a Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, 2 Captains and 3 Lieutenants. The department provides fire suppression, rescue, and hazardous materials responses in addition to code enforcement inspections and fire prevention activities.

Meetings:

The Brookfield Fire Department meets the first Monday of every month to participate in training and to review administrative matters.
