The goal of the CCL is to enact a carbon tax, revenue neutral, at national and state levels. Members have worked on drafting letters to the editor (Spencer, Worcester, others); met with and brief Congressmen Richard Neal and Jim McGovern and their staff; met with and brief state Rep. Donnie Berthiaume and his staff; and met with state Sen. Anne Gobi.
