The Brookfield Recreation Committee is dedicated to serving all the children of Brookfield. It offers instruction leagues in soccer, baseball, softball and basketball. It is responsible for the care and upkeep of Lewis Field and the Snack Shack and organizes Trick or Treat, Family Fun Day, swim programs and other special events.  It also provides adult recreational activities such as volleyball, softball and basketball.

Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month and open to the public.

Members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Those interested in volunteering or joining the Recreation Committee are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings.
Financial donations are accepted and tax-deductible.
