This committee, appointed by the Board of Selectmen, plans, manages, seeks funding from the Town Meeting and/or grants, and completes various improvements to the Town Hall.  Recent or funded projects include: a new furnace, plans for a new bathroom, put new lobby lighting, facilitating document organization in the great hall, funding for platform lift, cleaned basement, and a dehumidifier in server room.
