Apple Country Radio, WACF-LP 98.1 FM is a low-power, FCC-licensed community radio station that will present locally-based music and talk programming for all ages and interests.
The Brookfield Community Club organizes the annual Apple Country Fair—featuring crafters, food trucks, music, children’s games, raffles, and an apple pie contest—on the Brookfield Town Common on the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend. Proceeds from the fair fund grants that enrich community life.
The Quaboag Historical Society works to educate the public about the history of the Quaboag Plantation area, preserve documents and artifacts, present events concerning local history, and recognize those who have made significant contributions to the Society’s mission.

The Tantasqua Education Foundation raises money to fund teacher-proposed innovative projects in the Tantasqua Regional and Union 61 elementary schools that expand learning opportunities for students.
